You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Voltage Baseball Club, its coaches, volunteers, and staff from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation. You certify that the player is physically able to participate and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
